Hawaii State & County Taxes

After the first 2 people (Double Occupancy) the remainder in the party are billed at 

$25/night plus tax.

Cleaning Fee $250.
Interim Cleaning Fee (for stays over 10 nights and for every multiple of 10) - $50 each.

Credit card is kept on file at VRBO for 14 days after booking to report damage.  Up to $1,000 can be charged.

3 night minimum stay. Until confirmed, all rates and fees are subject to change without notice.  No parties and no decorations (balloons, streamers, etc).

Accept: Visa, MasterCard & Discover (3% fee domestic/4% international). Also accept eCheck - not available to international travelers.

When you book our vacation rental USA military and fire personnel, in gratitude of your service, will receive a discount of $10/night on the double occupancy rate. Or families with two or more children under 18 years of age may have one child stay for free. Good for active or retired. 

Proof of service is required.

To those of you who have stayed with us in the last two years - in gratitude of your loyalty to us will receive a 

5% off discount.
